Top performers advance to the State Leadership Conference in Hershey, PA—a three-day event held each spring at the Hershey Convention Center. State winners then earn the chance to represent Pennsylvania at the National Leadership Conference, hosted each summer in a different U.S. city.
In addition to competitions, our members give back to the community by volunteering at the Salvation Army Thanksgiving Dinner. We also celebrate the year with a spring field trip to explore local businesses and industries. Past trips have included visits with the Pittsburgh Pirates, Penguins, and Steelers; the Altoona Curve; Sheetz, Inc.; American Eagle Outfitters, Inc.; and even the Federal Reserve Bank, to name just a few.
