Dear Members of the Community,
I am writing to encourage you to support Min-Thon, a student-run organization that raises money for pediatric cancer research and treatment. Min-Thon works hand-in-hand with the Four Diamonds fund at Penn State Hershey Children’s Hospital, which helps families affected by pediatric cancer.
To help raise funds, IHS is selling t-shirts for the event. Our four colors for the shirts are purple, pink, blue, and orange - once someone buys a shirt, they will be "drafted" to one of the four teams. All proceeds go to the Four Diamonds Fund. The shirts are $15 per shirt and all orders must be submitted by February 20, 2023. The shirts will be delivered the week of March 20th.
Min-Thon has been making a difference in the lives of so many children and their families. Min-Thon has raised more than $6 million over the past several years and all of that money has gone directly to the Four Diamonds fund. Min-Thon provides support to families who are struggling to pay medical costs, and also helps to cover expenses such as travel and lodging for families who have to travel for treatment.
