Brighter Financial Futures has announced that Noah Kellar, a 7th grade student of Ms. Janice Brocious, was the winner of its first quarter state competition. The competitions are held in the classroom, both county-wide and state-wide. Noah finished in 1st place for Indiana County and in 1st place in the Statewide Middle School Division. The program is generously sponsored by S&T Bank.
