Dear Families,
The power outage issue at Ben Franklin and Eisenhower has been resolved and we will have school today. The 2-hour delay was necessary, as we were without power and the back-up generator was not functioning properly. The power came back on around 8:45 and we feel confident that we can have school today.
Additionally, we will start our asynchronous/synchronous schedule as is, due to the power being restored. Please communicate with your child’s teachers if you have any questions.
As you know, this was an unexpected issue and I apologize for any inconvenience that this incident may have caused you and your families this morning.
