The District was notified that a student-teacher at Ben Franklin Elementary has tested positive for COVID-19.  There are no additional students or staff needing to be quarantined as a result of this case.  This positive case WILL be counted towards the rolling 14-day count.

With all of the changes taking place, and with a lot of media coverage of the situation, we wanted to take a minute to officially update you on the IASD plan to implement state testing (PSSAs and Keystone Exams) this Spring.

The District was notified that an employee at the high school has tested positive for COVID-19.  No additional students or staff will need to be quarantined, as the employee was not in the building during his/her contagious period

We are happy to announce that we will be able to allow spectators at all Spring Sporting events.

The District was notified that a full-time synchronous student at the high school has tested positive. Two additional students will need to be quarantined as a result of their interaction outside of school.

The Indiana Area School District is pleased to make available a free summer program for students in grades K-5.

The District was notified that an employee at the high school has tested positive. He/she has been in school during the infectious period. As a result, 2 additional employees and nearly a dozen students will need to be quarantined.

The District was notified that an employee at Ben Franklin Elementary has tested positive.  One student at Ben Franklin will need to be quarantined as a result.  This case will come off the rolling count on 4/8/21.  This positive case WILL be counted towards the rolling 14-day count.
