Indiana Area School District families, students, and staff are invited to attend the Strong Minds, Bright Futures community listening session from 5-7 p.m. on Monday, September 29th at the Kovalchick Convention and Athletic Complex.
Strong Minds, Bright Futures is a statewide coalition that supports children’s mental health in schools, communities, and care systems. The group is working to remove barriers to mental health care and expand access to services for families. The Indiana County community listening session aims to learn what needs are present in our community, discuss solutions, and discover ways to strengthen mental health resources for students.
The event is free and open to parents, community partners, and citizens of all ages. We encourage families and students to attend and explore the resources available.
