Indiana Area School District, with the assistance of the Indiana Borough Police Department, PA State Police, Indiana Fire Association, Citizen’s Ambulance & Indiana County Emergency Management will be conducting a multi-agency emergency exercise on Thursday June 19, 2025, at Indiana Area Senior High School. The Indiana Borough Police Department will be on-site with Indiana Area School District staff during the event. We want to bring this to your attention in the event that residents hear or observe this emergency response training.
We understand that this incident may cause some concern, and we wanted to assure you that these drills are being performed by police and other emergency personnel so there is no need to be alarmed. IASD is committed to prioritizing student safety, and these drills ensure that our district is able to respond swiftly in the event of an emergency.
