IHS Theatre Department Presents Annual Spring Musical
The IHS Drama Department is proud to announce the 2024 musical Footloose. Written in 1998, with music by Tom Snow and lyrics by Dean Pitchford, Footloose features iconic pop and musical theatre classics including Footloose, Holding out for a Hero, Heaven Help Me (I’m Free), and Almost Paradise. Footloose is based on the movie starring Kevin Bacon, which was later turned into a fun, upbeat musical that we are proud to bring to the IHS stage in March. For those who have not watched the 80s cult classic film, please be aware this production does include some instances of mature language.
The show will take place in the IHS auditorium on March 14 to 16 at 7:00 p.m., with an additional earlier show at 1:00 p.m. on March 16. Tickets can be purchased on ihs.booktix.com. Don't miss this amazing show which will showcase a stellar high school cast, pit orchestra, and crew.
