Kindergarten Open House:

Friday, August 26, 2011.  Look for more information coming home in August.

First Day of School:

Monday, August 29, 2011.

Buses:

Look for information to be mailed home and/or printed in the newspaper in August. Please have your child wear his/her bus tag to and from school the first few weeks.

Supplies:

Your child will need a full sized backpack and a towel for rest time. Please label both clearly with the child's name. All other supplies and/or toys, games should be left home.

Book Orders:

Book orders will be given to the children at the start of each month. These book clubs are provided as an opportunity to purchase books at inexpensive prices. For each dollar in orders, points are awarded to purchase educational books and games for the classroom. Participation is strictly on a voluntary basis. You may choose to purchase from one month, several months, or none at all, the choice is yours. Please check the back of each order for the date that the order and money should be returned.

Birthdays:

When planning the snack list each month, I will put you child's snack day on or near his/her birthday. Please remember our school policy on healthy snacks- even for birthdays. If your child has a summer birthday, we can either celebrate it on their half birthday or choose another date of your choice. Summer birthday people, let me know what you would like to do!
