Indiana Area School District is facing a fiscal crisis like many other school districts in the state and nation.  To address this problem, the district administration was given a two-year window to identify $1.2 million in cost reductions.  The proposed cost reductions would be achieved by revising the elementary school grade configurations and the restructuring of high school programs.  While financial concerns are forcing difficult decisions, the school board and administration are committed to maintaining a focus on student achievement and providing quality programs for our students.  We acknowledge these changes are disruptive and encourage public participation.  This section of the district's web site was created to post documents related to the discussions and help keep the community informed.
