·Resume with cover letter
·A standard Pennsylvania Public School Application
·Copies of college transcripts
·A copy of your teaching certificate (if applicable)

 

·Copies of your Act 34 (Criminal Record Check), Act 114 (FBI Fingerprint), and Act 151 (Child Abuse History Check). Clearances which have been filed and completed within the last year.

 

·Praxis - Examinee Score Report (copy)

 

 

 

·At least three letters of recommendation
 

Please note that original copies of your certificate, clearances, and identification cards must be presented in person at the administration office in order to be employed as a per diem substitute or full-time teacher.

Your application and credentials will remain active and on file in the personnel office for one (1) year from the date of receipt.  Your application will be reviewed if positions become available in your area of certification during this time period.  Please update your file as necessary to remain current with your qualifications and to continue your eligibility for future consideration.
