Dr. Deborah Clawson has served as an administrator in the Indiana Area School District since 1998. Prior to her current position, Dr. Clawson served the district as Assistant Superintendent, Coordinator of Curriculum and Instruction, elementary principal, and senior high assistant principal. Dr. Clawson has also been a classroom teacher, curriculum specialist, and special education supervisor. She received her B.S. in Education, M.Ed. and D.Ed. in curriculum from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She completed her administrative certifications at Westminster College.

Dale Kirsch
|
Mr.
Dale Kirsch has been employed with the Indiana Area School District
since 2008. He is responsible for all non-instructional support
services including business office management, accounting, payroll, tax
collection/record maintenance, child accounting, investments, data
processing, property management, food services, transportation,
district maintenance, purchasing, and insurance. Mr. Kirsch
earned a B.S. in Accounting and his MBA, both from IUP, and began his
career in school business in 1983. Prior
to joining the Indiana Area School District administrative team, Mr.
Kirsch served as the business manager for the Armstrong School District
and served the districts of Northern Cambria and Harmony Area prior to
that.

Dr. Jill
Ashbaugh Earman
|
Dr. Jill Earman has served as an administrator in the Indiana Area School District since 2000, when she became the assistant principal at the Indiana Area Junior High School. She returned to the Junior High School as principal in 2006 after serving for three years as the principal at Eisenhower Elementary School. She became the Coordinator of Curriculum and Instruction in 2007. Prior to becoming an administrator, Dr. Earman was a mathematics teacher and interdisciplinary team leader at Hollidaysburg Area Junior High from 1989-2000. She also was a member of the adjunct faculty at Mount Aloysius College where she taught computer science. Dr. Earman is a graduate of Indiana Area Senior High School. She holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Shippensburg University and an M.Ed. in Elementary and Middle School Mathematics from IUP. She completed the requirements for Elementary Principal Certification at IUP and Secondary Principal Certification at Saint Francis University. She earned her doctorate from Duquesne University, specializing in Instructional Technology. Dr. Earman enjoys spending time with her family. |

Dr. John Uccellini
|
Dr. John Uccellini is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with an undergraduate degree in secondary mathematics education and a Masters degree in mathematics. He also received a Doctor of Education degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Uccellini has thirty years of classroom teaching experience, the last twenty-six with the Indiana Area School District. In 2008 he became the district's K-12 Mathematics Curriculum Coordinator. In this role, Dr. Uccellini oversees the district’s mathematics program and is also actively involved in district’s educational technology initiatives. Dr. Uccellini is a member of the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics, Pennsylvania Council of Teachers of Mathematics, and Pennsylvania Council of Supervisors of Mathematics. He has taught both mathematics and mathematics education courses St. Vincent’s University and Clarion University and is currently teaching part-time at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. |
Dr. David R. Allen

Dr. David Allen has been with the
district since 1978. He supervises all psychological services provided
to the students of the Indiana Area School District. He is involved
with the Student Assistance Program, crisis management planning,
the school counseling program, and classroom instruction. Dr. Allen
earned his B.A. degree in psychology from Youngstown State University,
M.Ed. and Ed.S. degrees in school psychology from Indiana University of
Pennsylvania, and his Ph.D. in educational psychology with a
concentration in consultation and counseling from the University of
Pittsburgh. Dr. Allen is a certified school psychologist and a licensed
psychologist.

| Ms. Roberta Mack
|
Ms. Roberta Mack joined the Indiana Area School District administrative staff in November 2005. In her role she oversees the programming of the special education, gifted, ESL, alternative ed, and incarcerated youth programs, as well as coordinates the access program. Prior to her current position, she was the director of Craig Academy, an approved private school and partial hospital program located in Pittsburgh, PA. She has had more than 25 years of experience working in the field of special education. She obtained her B.S. degree at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and her M.Ed. at the University of Pittsburgh. She holds certificates in the areas of Education of the Mentally/Physically Handicapped, Supervisory, and Elementary Principal. Roberta is very excited to be back in the Indiana area and is looking forward to working with the students and their families.

| Mr. T. Randall O'Neal
|
Mr. Randall O'Neal came to the
Indiana Area School District in 1996. He is responsible for the
implementation, maintenance, and administration of all software,
hardware, and network functions for the entire district. He also
assists with the management of technology-related budget items. Mr. O'
Neal obtained his B.S. degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Gregory Trout
|
Mr. Gregory Trout has been with the
Indiana Area School District since 1993. In 1999 he became the
Assistant Supervisor of Buildings & Grounds. In 2009 he was
promoted to Supervisor of Buildings & Grounds. He oversees
all maintenance and custodial work within the district.

Mr. Andrew M. Shubra
|
Mr. Andrew Shubra has been with the
Indiana Area School District since 1987. He is responsible for the
administrative technology network and supervises data processing for
the entire district. Mr. Shubra obtained his B.S. degree from Indiana
University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Michael L. Travis
|
Mr. Michael Travis has been an
administrator in the district since 1996. His duties include the
scheduling and maintenance of all daily transportation and the
coordination of all extracurricular transportation for the Indiana Area
School District. In addition, he is responsible for the presentation of
safety programs to elementary students. Mr. Travis earned his B.A.
degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

Ms. Eleanor Sherry |
Ms. Eleanor Sherry has worked in food service management since 1988 and has served as the Director of Dining Services for the Indiana Area School District since 2001. She is responsible for providing management direction of the National School Lunch Program for six locations plus two outside services. She earned a degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing. Before joining Chartwells, she was employed at Indiana University of Pennsylvania as a Director of Dining Services. Ms. Sherry has been recognized by Chartwells as the Regional Salaried Associate of the Year in 2006 and with the Regional Account of the Year for 2007 and 2008. |
